GQ Einstein + Lincoln

GQ Einstein + Lincoln was a small but useful test of AI's ability to make cultural artifacts, not just portraits. The premise was absurd on purpose: historical icons treated like modern magazine-cover subjects, with fashion editorial lighting, cover-line logic, and enough typography to feel like a real object from an alternate media world.

I made it while experimenting with Ideogram, especially its ability to handle text and layout better than earlier image models. The project became another probe into synthetic realism: can an AI image feel like a found publication, a meme, and a design object at the same time?
