ConanDiffusion

Conan O'Brien is already halfway to a cartoon character: physical, elastic, and able to make a ridiculous image funnier just by appearing in it. That made him a natural subject when I started using diffusion models for comedy.

I used Midjourney and Stable Diffusion and cared more about visual jokes than polished portraits. The best images landed like impossible Conan bits before a caption had time to explain them, while the rough edges of the early models added their own kind of strangeness.
