ConanDiffusion

ConanDiffusion was an early experiment in using diffusion models for comedy, not just polish. Conan O'Brien has a physical, elastic persona that already lives somewhere between real celebrity and cartoon logic, which made him a perfect subject for testing how AI images could exaggerate a familiar comedic identity.

The goal was to see whether generated images could create joke premises as images: scenarios that landed before any caption had to explain them. It was part fan remix, part model test, and part exploration of how AI could extend a performer into impossible visual bits.
