195 Harry Potters

I made 195 versions of Harry Potter, one for every country, to see how far the same recognizable character could travel while still reading as Harry. The series was not meant as a definitive statement about any culture; it was an exercise in prompt control, variation, and the limits of a very simple constraint.

Harry's silhouette and iconography hold the set together. Around that anchor, each prompt changes the costume, environment, color, and folklore cues. Some versions stay close to the source; others wander into something much stranger.
