TimelessTakes ran from July through October 2024 as a fully automated 24/7 Twitch stream. Historical figures talked to one another, reacted to tweets and breaking news, and responded to live chat as if they were hosts at an always-on commentary desk.
The system combined language models, text-to-speech, and image diffusion, with viewer input able to influence the conversations. The appeal was continuity: recurring personalities and real-time cultural input sharing one broadcast instead of being assembled into isolated clips.
